About The Career:\n\nThe painter will be responsible for the interior and exterior upkeep of the hospital and the off-site facilities. This position also includes regular maintenance responsibilities, such as, minor electrical\/plumbing, mechanical repairs, moving of equipment, ceiling tile replacement and other related duties as assigned.\n\n

All About You:\n\nEducation: High school diploma or GED, or three to six months related experience and\/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTraining & Experience: Must have at least 2 years maintenance experience.\nMust have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Has the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.\n\n
