**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical systems, PLCs, and conveyor systems. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical systems, and PLCs. + Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including working with 240v and 480v motor changes and wiring. + Maintain and repair conveyor systems. + Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair tasks. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial maintenance. + Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Strong mechanical and preventive maintenance skills. + Electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with 240v and 480v systems. + Ability to diagnose and repair plant equipment. **Why Work Here?** Safety is a top priority. You may also receive quarterly and yearly bonuses based on company performance goals. **Work Environment** The work environment is a cold food manufacturing facility maintained at approximately 40 degrees. The facility offers great break areas and long-term benefits. The company has a very safety-oriented culture. The work schedule is 6 days on, 2 days off, with double time pay for every Sunday worked and 1.5x pay for time worked over 8 hours on each shift.
