We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a background in mechanical and mechatronics engineering and a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in maintaining specialized machinery. This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, diagnosing technical issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring the continuous operation of critical equipment.

 

YOUR TASKS

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established schedules.

Diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently and safely.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities for each piece of equipment.

Propose and implement technical improvements to optimize machinery performance.

Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards during all maintenance tasks.

YOUR PROFILE  Technical or technological degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or specialized equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex, high-precision machines. Skilled in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams. Experience using diagnostic tools, maintenance software (preferred), and generating technical reports. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Availability for both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as needed. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
