About the role:
Oversee daily facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for optimal system performance.Manage vendor and contractor relationships for timely and quality service delivery.Oversee repair, renovation, and special project work, ensuring compliance with standards.Assist in managing the facilities budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely procurement.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and address identified issues promptly.Align with AMD EHS policies to mitigate risks and ensure employee safety.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal OSH regulations and liaison with regulatory bodies.About you:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
