Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Partner with Resident Manager to prepare site for inspections. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold the pristine condition of the property. Respond promptly to resident service requests, addressing issues with urgency and efficiency. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they become problems. Collaborate with the property management team to implement and maintain high-quality standards. Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs. Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame. Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management. Qualifications WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with Luxury Rentals/Hospitality experience preferred You’re able to work our emergency on-call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.
