Join us as a Maintenance Technician in our Louisville, KY facility.

You will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate completion of both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.  Completion of these tasks will help ensure that all the production lines experience minimal downtime. 

More details about the opportunity:   

Install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of machines, tooling, attachments, and accessories Diagnose, disassemble, reassemble, repair, and or replace parts Make adjustments/ alignments to verify correct machine function to optimal standards Simple cutting and welding, light fabrication Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with the EHS Manager to improve safety through guarding, staging, shelving Ability to work from complex drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics. Minor building repairs Operate preventative maintenance system “E-Maintenance” after completing assigned work orders Maintain and repair forklifts, scissors lifts and pallet jacks. Hydraulic and airline installation and repair. Troubleshoot variable drives and PLC diagnostics 

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $26/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
