**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems. You will be responsible for replacing and repairing motors, gears, shafts, and bearings, as well as welding and fabricating replacement parts using MIG or TIG welding. You will also troubleshoot basic mechanical drive systems and perform general preventative maintenance, installations, and condition monitoring of equipment. The majority of the equipment includes motors, hoppers, mixers/blenders, and pumps. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (80/20) + Replace and repair motors, gears, shafts, and bearings + Weld and fabricate replacement parts using MIG or TIG welding + Troubleshoot basic mechanical drive systems + Perform general preventative maintenance, installations, and condition monitoring of equipment **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent schooling + Strong mechanical aptitude + Mechanical troubleshooting and fabrication + Experience with welding and hydraulics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of mechanical troubleshooting experience + Strong mechanical aptitude **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a family feel and steady growth in sales. We have never had layoffs and offer a flexible maintenance team that allows you to make up missed time during the week without using PTO. Optional overtime on Saturdays is available, and you can leave once the job is done. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Mukwonago, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
