Maintenance Technician
**Job Posting: Maintenance Technician** **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED required; AA/AS degree in Mechatronics or related technical field. + Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience. + Ability to frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. + Capable of prolonged physical activity, including standing, walking, and performing strenuous tasks in extreme temperatures. + Strong vision abilities, including depth perception and color vision. **Responsibilities:** + Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment (mechanical and electrical). + Perform scheduled and emergency repairs, as well as preventive maintenance. + Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. + Conduct plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed. + Diagnose and resolve equipment issues by reading and interpreting manuals and work orders. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. **Skills Required:** + Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting. + Ability to detect faulty operations or materials and report them promptly. **Join Our Team:** Be part of a dynamic environment where your technical expertise directly supports business goals.
