**Maintenance Technician** **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (80/20) + Replace and repair motors, gears, shafts, and bearings + Weld and fabricate replacement parts using MIG or TIG + Troubleshoot basic mechanical drive systems + Perform general preventive maintenance, installs, and condition monitoring of equipment **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent schooling + Strong mechanical aptitude + Experience in mechanical troubleshooting and fabrication + Welding + Hydraulics **Why Work Here?** Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k).
