Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment, with a focus on hydraulic and electrical machinery. This role involves performing basic maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, as well as updating work orders on a computer and adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance and calibration for industrial equipment.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical machinery.Conduct basic diagnostics and test damaged machine parts to determine the necessity of major repairs.Check the performance of machinery, clean, and lubricate them.Update work orders on a computer and follow the preventative maintenance schedule.Essential Skills2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Experience with preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance repair.Knowledge of CNC and PLC maintenance, wiring schematics, and PLC troubleshooting.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in installation, repair, and maintenance of small and large workshop equipment, tools, and fixtures.2+ years of experience in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.Basic computer skills to update work orders.Previous experience with CNC or PLC troubleshooting is a plus.Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and blueprints.Experience with plumbing and the ability to sweat pipes is helpful.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position operates on a single shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some overtime required, working approximately 50-55 hours a week. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends for preventive maintenance that does not impact production. The production area is air-conditioned, and the environment is a manufacturing setting. Physical requirements include stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, and reaching.
