**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company specializing in interior and exterior home products, coating and printing inks, packaging and consumer goods, and the auto industry. The role involves working on a variety of equipment, including heating and cooling systems, thermo couples, extruders, forklifts, cutting machines, HVAC systems, hydraulics, and specialty color making machines. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on heating and cooling equipment, thermo couples, extruders, forklifts, cutting machines, HVAC systems, hydraulics, and specialty color making machines. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting on systems with voltages ranging from 110V to 480V, including lighting, motors, and some PLC work. + Perform basic wiring and troubleshoot machine electrical issues using wiring diagrams. + Handle basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electrical troubleshooting. + Proficient in troubleshooting, electrical work, schematic reading, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and repair. + Experience with HVAC systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Military background is a plus. + Background in printing is desirable. **Why Work Here?** Our company values its employees and fosters a family-like atmosphere. Overtime is minimal, with a standard 40-hour work week. The facility houses 30 employees, with 2 maintenance staff per shift. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 2nd shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM, and 3rd shift: 11 PM - 7 AM. The manager is known for being flexible and polite. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Milton, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $68640.00 Selling points: .75 for 2nd $1 for 3rd Employee valued company.
