Job Description: The Reserve Network is excited to hire Machine Operators who are committed to quality and safety in the workplace. You will follow blueprints and schematic workups to create precision implements and tools with large machinery. After each product is cut through the machine, you will check it for quality and that it meets specifications. Safety is paramount; always follow company and industry safety guidelines. We prefer candidates who have at least 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance (PM's) to repair or replace defective equipment using hand tools, power tools, and reassemble equipment.Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.Work with production, QC department, maintenance supervisor on equipment related issues.Performs all duties while observing all OSHA, NFPA, NEC, safety guidelines.Assist operators on Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), safety, and basic equipment maintenance.
Qualifications and Requirements:1-3 years of maintenance technician experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDBasic understanding of Hand tools and mechanical devicesAbility to read and understand maintenance and OEM manualsPre-employment background check and drug screen
