**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This position involves maintenance work in a highly automated forging facility that manufactures crankshafts for the automotive industry. The environment is hot and dirty, and requires a candidate with both mechanical and electrical aptitude, and at least 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting working with PLCs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within the forging facility.
+ Troubleshoot PLCs and 3 phase motors.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Work with 480v electrical systems.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical and Electrical aptitude.
+ Proficiency with PLCs and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Experience with reading blueprints and schematics.
+ Knowledge of 3 phase motors and 480v electrical systems.
+ Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Welding experience is preferred but not required.

**Work Environment**
The forging facility is hot and dirty. Employees should be prepared to leave dirty daily and drink plenty of water to avoid heat exhaustion. The position requires 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Shifts include Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, or Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Georgetown, Kentucky.
