**Job Title: Technician 2** **Job Description** Able to follow a routine schedule of preventative maintenance on machinery. Able to read and follow parts and instruction manuals. Great problem-solving/decision-making skills are required. Must have a team attitude and the ability to work effectively with team members. Operate and run, safely, any power tool in the shop. **Hard Skills** + Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic controls + Advanced troubleshooting of these systems to be developed on the job + Fitting and installation of air lines, water piping, and electrical conduit **Soft Skills** + Great problem-solving/decision-making skills + Team attitude and ability to work with team members **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 600 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Culpeper, Virginia. **Work Environment** Willing to work weekends and odd hours as required. Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. May be required to frequently lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs as well as push/pull carts. Hand dexterity and strength are necessary. Overtime is required, including weekends sometimes with little or no advance notice. May be required to work a flexible schedule. It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis.
