You will have the opportunity to:

Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains machinery and equipment. Works from a variety of sketches, manuals, drawings, blueprints, and SOP’s when available and recommends alterations to Lead Mechanic or Area Leader. Recognizes operational irregularities on equipment or processes, accurately determines the cause and takes appropriate corrective actions. Actively participates in team meetings and activities and from time to time may be asked to assume various leadership roles within the team. Shares the responsibility with the Lead Mechanic for providing training to other departmental personnel/apprentices, including safety procedures. 

   REQUIREMENTS: ​

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Five years of industrial experience or relevant military experience is preferred, or a Materion-approved Apprenticeship Program. Shift work is mandatory.
