Strong customer service and communication skills, with a willingness to go the extra mileStrong organizational and time-management skillsEnthusiasm to collaborate and engage with othersDesire to improve the lives of those around youMaintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needsAdherence to Fair Housing best practicesMust be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issuesApply a “can do” mentality toward implementing efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)Valid Driver's License with reliable transportationCandidate requires own set of tools
