We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our properties in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great entry level position.

The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.  Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:             

Electrical     Plumbing     Carpentry     Drywall     Painting     Appliances     Exterior structures     Swimming poolsGeneral MaintenanceCustomer Service          

The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:          

This position requires you to provide your own tools.Team member would be required to be on call during alternating weeks for emergency maintenance work orders.   Industry experienceTeam playerHVAC certified2 years or more maintenance experienceMust be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues.Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later)Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.

Schedule: 5 days and on call every other week | 8 am - 5 pm
