Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills. The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following: + Electrical + Plumbing + Carpentry + Drywall + Painting + Appliances + Exterior structures + General Maintenance + Customer Service The Details: Our Service Technicians should have: + Own a set of basic tools for maintenance work. + Industry experience is a plus + Team player + Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues. + Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. + Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex: do the hard work now so you don't have to later) + Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others + On call share with 3 properties.
