**Job Title: Industrial Technician** **Job Description** Ensure the seamless operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by executing preventive maintenance for engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Responsibilities include following diagrams and manuals, troubleshooting malfunctions, locating problem sources by observing mechanical devices in operation, dismantling devices to remove defective parts, and adjusting device functions using various tools. The role also involves fabricating repair parts, maintaining inventories, conserving maintenance resources, providing mechanical maintenance information, maintaining technical knowledge, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. **Hard Skills** + Wiring Motors + High Voltage Troubleshooting + Electrical Troubleshooting **Soft Skills** + Problem Solving + Communication + Teamwork **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in MASCOT, Tennessee. **Work Environment** This position operates in a hot, dirty automotive environment reflecting a Japanese automotive culture. Flexibility to work in either of the two shifts is required.
