Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will operate and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, electric motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines. Your role involves following diagrams, sketches, and operations manuals, troubleshooting malfunctions, and inspecting and repairing equipment. You will be responsible for repairing, installing, adjusting, and maintaining production-related equipment, tools, and facilities. Additionally, you will remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools, while examining the form and texture of parts.

Work Environment
This is a concrete plant, so the work environment can be dirty, loud, dusty, hot, and cold. The dress code includes a T-shirt, jeans, and steel-toe boots. The shift is Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays) from 7 am to 5 pm, and you may work 50+ hours a week depending on workload and production demands. Overtime and weekend work may be required during busy seasons.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
