**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing assigned manufacturing-related equipment throughout the facility. This role requires adherence to standard procedures, internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies. The technician performs a wide variety of skilled work across multiple functions and operations within the preventive maintenance system. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned equipment. + Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain existing mechanical systems and associated equipment, including air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, and cooling towers. + Facilitate and accurately follow specific detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations. + Administer the preventive maintenance system and provide required reports. + Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new equipment and educate and train equipment operators to perform routine maintenance. + Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment. + Support the Facilities Function as needed. + Perform other responsibilities as assigned. + Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
