**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform various facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the building's upkeep and functionality. This role involves concrete work, electrical conduit wiring, and maintenance of dock plates and automatic doors. Safety is a top priority in this position. **Responsibilities** + Perform concrete work and floor patching using epoxy floor repair. + Set up barriers in the warehouse and pour concrete as needed. + Change bulbs and work with basic electrical conduit wiring (120-277 voltage). + Maintain and repair dock plates and automatic roll-up doors. + Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed safely. **Essential Skills** + Experience in maintenance technician roles. + Proficiency in facilities maintenance, schematic reading, and electrical repair. + Concrete finishing and drywall repair skills. + Ability to work with electrical troubleshooting, conduit, and epoxy. + Experience in painting and drywall/sheetrock repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience with dock doors and lifts is highly desirable. + Ability to read schematics is a significant advantage. + Mild conduit electrical abilities (120-277 voltage). + Painting skills for walls, buildings, and floors. + Basic plumbing skills. + OSHA 10 training is required, OSHA 30 training is preferred. + Strong safety orientation. **Why Work Here?** We provide all necessary tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), excluding steel-toed shoes. The work environment is a distribution center that includes cooler and freezer areas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
