Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting the overall upkeep and functionality of the apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Winter Park, FL

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems. Maintain and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Ensure the grounds are clean and well-maintained, including landscaping and snow removal.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
