Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems, shredders, and related equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtimeFeed tires into the shredder using a skid steer or other material handling equipmentOversee and direct a small crew, ensuring tasks are prioritized and safety procedures are followedAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and emergency repairs Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsMaintenance Tech/ Skid Steer Operator Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or plant setting, preferably with conveyors and shredders Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance practices Experience operating a skid steer or similar equipment Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safetyApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
