JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
* Correctly interpret work order.
* Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
* Assist in maintaining inventories (critical parts, supplies, etc.)
* Maintain and repair industrial electrical circuits.
* Ability to fabricate and install guards, steps, handrails, platforms, etc.
* Ability to enter and schedule work orders
* Ability to identify and implement preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
* Perform all levels of facility maintenance tasks
* Mentor and train level 1 and level 2 maintenance technicians.
* Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
* Perform daily housekeeping / 6S activities as required.
* Perform other duties as requested by lead, supervisor or manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* MUST have a valid US Passport or birth certification to be cleared ​
* High school diploma or GED required;
* 6 - 10 years of manufacturing experience;
* Strong Welding Experience - MIG, STICK/Arc
* Electrical / Wiring experience
* Prior military experience; or technical certification / degree required
* Intermediate ability to use all hand tools, wrenches, etc.
* Intermediate ability to use all power tools
* Intermediate ability to use diagnostic tools (amp probes, voltage meters)
* Intermediate ability to use basic inspection tools such micrometers, calipers, comparators
* Intermediate ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills
* Intermediate ability to read and interpret work instructions and intermediate prints and dimensions
* Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds on a repetitive basis.
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist and work at heights on an intermittent basis for up to twelve (12) hours.
* Requires hand manipulation including simple grasping, pushing and pulling of materials.
* Must be able to safety operate an overhead crane, boom lift and manlift.
* Must be able to reach and work above and below the shoulder level.
* Must be able to work with and around forklifts and hazardous machinery.
* Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
* Visual acuity skill to detect any flaws in the parts being inspected
