Working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. **What You’ll Be Doing:** **Mechanical Responsibilities:** + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals. + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. + Adjust and calibrate machinery to boost productivity and minimize downtime. + Inspect and measure parts using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers to determine dimensional requirements. + Modify, repair, overhaul, and rebuild complex machine parts and building fixtures. + Utilize machine tools and special equipment for layout, development, and repairs. + Follow proper **Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)** procedures to ensure safety during repairs. + Start up newly installed or repaired equipment to ensure proper operation. **Schedule:** + Night shift position: 6 PM - 6 AM on a **2-2-3 schedule** , offering flexibility and work-life balance. **What You Bring to the Team:** + **Experience & Expertise:** + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery and building fixtures. + Strong knowledge of machine tools, plant equipment, and special fixtures. + **Technical Skills:** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. + Familiarity with troubleshooting logic, including relays, directional control valves, and automated sequences. + Understanding and application of **Ohm’s Law** for advanced troubleshooting. + **Personal Attributes:** + Highly organized with excellent documentation and archiving skills. + Eagerness to grow and develop within the role. + Problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges. **What to Expect:** You’ll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, precision, and efficiency are top priorities.
