Please arrive between 1pm-3pm.Supervisors will be available to make same day offers.** **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…_** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all plant equipment + Performs troubleshooting, problem solving, and countermeasure activities on all production and facility equipment + Performs mechanical maintenance with frequent electrical (480V, 208V, 120V, 24VDC) and controls-related troubleshooting + Dismantles machines or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects and repairs or replaces + Completes daily maintenance paperwork for assigned Work Requests and Checklists + Assists with installing conduit and wiring for new equipment installations + Performs special duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Manager **REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:** + Thorough understanding of maintenance troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic manufacturing equipment + Working knowledge of 480 Volt 3 phase power, logic controllers, motor starters and variable frequency drives + Ability to read and follow written instructions + Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and specifications + Open scheduling availability **_Your Education Should Be…_** **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma or Equivalent Trade or Technical school a plus **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…_** **WORKING CONDITIONS:** + Mostly Outdoor/Shop Environment + Must be able to work outdoor and indoor **REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS:** + Safety Glasses + Steel Toe Shoes + Ear Plugs + Gloves (when needed) + Hard Hats (when needed) **_Your Professional Experience Should Be…_** **Minimum Experience:** 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience 1+ years of experience with CNC Machine Repair 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment desirable Experience with troubleshooting PLC based control systems desired Strong background in electrical troubleshooting highly recommended **Skills Required: (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.):** Welding and fabrication skills considered a plus **_Chart is an equal opportunity employer..._** **_Need an Accommodation..._** Need an accommodation **with your job application or recruitment process** ?
