LabCorp is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Englewood, CO. In this role, you will perform maintenance throughout the laboratory which includes general carpentry, and light plumbing and HVAC work.

**Pay Range: $17.98 - $24.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st shift can start at early as 7am, flexible hours

Job Responsibilities
Assists in maintenance of all Facility equipment, i.e., Back up Generator, DI water system, HVAC.Directs work of contracted sub-contractor Research, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to repairs of facility equipment Provide guidance to requested work orders and handle complex maintenance problems. Keeps leadership informed of progress, problems, and any factors affecting assigned work Maintain files and records as required by the department, company, and various regulatory agencies Maintains open lines of communication with department staff Ability to travel between facilities using company vehicleAssist with warehouse operations.General building Maintenance, i.e., lighting, ceiling tile replacement.Requirements:
