The role
As a Maintenance Support Engineer (MSE) Team Leader, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The MSE Team Leader will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all assigned tasks, combining the roles of Technical Records, Fault Evaluator, Maintenance Support Engineer, and Maintenance Approval Engineer within IMS, and support the compiling of the technical section of DASOR’s and MAR finding resolution.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
The Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader role is full time, 36 hours per week, and is based on site at RAF Valley on Anglesey.
Essential experience of the Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader
Experience as the primary point of contact (POC) for all MSE actions and issues arising from meetings, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) meetings.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team within a similar sector, including pastoral care for employee well-being. Previous experience in leading and developing staff, collaborating with team leaders, and engaging with other members of the management team.
