**Job Description**
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist and coach Team Leaders and Team Members on 5S (sweep, sort, sift, sanitize, and sustain) activities in the assigned departments. You will identify contamination sources and establish countermeasures to eliminate them. You will manage machine classification based on cost deployment and breakdown maps, lead OEE, MTBF, and MTTR analysis, and drive measures to reduce or eliminate breakdowns and minor stoppages to achieve zero losses. You will lead spare parts management activities and monitor CILR (cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, re-tightening) ownership as identified on the AM calendar.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist and coach Team Leaders and Team Members on 5S activities.
+ Identify contamination sources and establish countermeasures to eliminate them.
+ Manage machine classification based on cost deployment and breakdown maps.
+ Lead OEE, MTBF, and MTTR analysis and drive measures to reduce or eliminate breakdowns and minor stoppages.
+ Lead spare parts management activities.
+ Monitor and drive CILR ownership as identified on the AM calendar.
+ Implement visual controls to improve workplace status visibility.
+ Support the cross-functional team in the Top 5 problem identification process using WCM tools.
+ Attain daily production output including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
+ Provide maintenance support for machinery and process-related activities.
+ Ensure safety and integrity in the work environment.
+ Facilitate communication between departments, lines, and internal suppliers.
+ Obtain outside resources when technical challenges exceed the team's capability.
+ Lead the definition and cataloging of spare parts.
+ Drive the EWO process to document equipment failure issues.
+ Update job instructions, one-point lessons, and pre-flight checklists.
+ Analyze process parameters influencing product variation and assist in root cause identification.
+ Participate in PFMEA activities.
+ Implement AM, PM, QC, FI, and PD pillar standards using WCM methodology.
+ Track KPIs with production teams.
+ Fill in as Production Business Unit Leader as required.
+ Support activities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
**Essential Skills**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience
+ Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
+ Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees
+ Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
+ Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to lead teams
+ Ability to coach/mentor/develop skilled trade employees
+ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Valid driver's license
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field (preferred)
+ Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing
+ Experience leading maintenance teams in a union environment
+ Green Belt/Red X/Six Sigma training
+ Experience with controls, robotics, drives, and system-level communication systems
+ Knowledge of sealing systems, glass cell systems, various conveyance systems, welding, paint processes, vision systems, and sensors
+ Familiar with World Class Manufacturing pillar methodology and implementation
+ Good working knowledge of Google Suite software programs

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Kokomo, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00
