Performs general maintenance and complex repair of various equipment, facilities and appliances. Ensures work areas are cleaned. Addresses maintenance related incidents of a severe nature. Troubleshoots and addresses high priority or complex repairs and maintenance. Typically has more than 5 years of experience and works under general direction. Match facilities maintenance to this role.

Understanding of industrial standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Must have thorough knowledge of AC & DC electrical systems.

Understanding of VFD’s/Inverters, transformers, magnetic contactors

Experience with mill & lathe a plus

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities

Good project planning skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to read and understand all facility electrical and mechanical layouts.

Well developed verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; when necessary.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

6:00am- 3:00pm

Houry Rate- $35-$40 depending on experience

Minimum of 5 years’ industry experience in a facilities maintenance role.

Hands-on experience running a Maintenance Department.

Associate's degree in related field a plus.
