**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are a fastener manufacturer looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on facility and production equipment, managing outsourcing contacts, and implementing cost-saving maintenance initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform corrective and preventative maintenance of facility and production equipment.
+ Prioritize requests and meet specified response times for work performed.
+ Manage and coordinate all outsourcing contacts.
+ Direct responsibility for purchasing maintenance-related equipment and supplies.
+ Maintain vendor contacts for machine and building maintenance.
+ Coordinate with outsourcing companies for any building maintenance issues.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain cost-saving maintenance initiatives.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
**Essential Skills**
+ Maintenance management
+ AC/DC electrical system knowledge (2-3 years of experience)
+ Electrical troubleshooting
+ Preventative maintenance scheduling
+ Leadership skills
+ Experience with mill and lathe machines
+ Knowledge of transformers and VFDs
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5+ years in a Maintenance Supervisor role
+ 5+ years of preventative maintenance experience

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
