Maintenance Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position$65,000.00 /annuallySalariedLead and oversee a team of maintenance technicians ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities for production machinery and facilities equipment.Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure minimal downtime.Maintain adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe working environment.Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for maintenance needs while controlling costs.Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance skills and knowledge.Assist in developing and managing maintenance budgets, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, generate reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services as neededCollaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

Combination of experience and education preferred5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment issues.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
