Insight Global is looking for a skilled maintenance supervisor to play a critical role in delivering maintenance programs & processes essential to the plant operations in the Battle Creek area. This person will be working with skilled tradesmen and other leaders across the plant floor to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute continuous improvement initiatives. Each floor operates as its own plant where the supervising responsibilities consist of overseeing shifts, planning the daily schedule of work for the team, and identify root cause analysis of breakdowns. They will be a significant leader in developing and motivating your team, as well as building unity across all the work teams, while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively to produce a great product. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
