**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery, provide technical assistance to department directors and managers, and act as a working supervisor. You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, assigning, reviewing, and participating in all tasks on the floor. Additionally, you will develop production methods and schedules for production maintenance, handle emergency situations or after-hour calls for repair, and take part in developing policies and standards for the organization.
