Colonial Park is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor

Duties Include:

Direct and manage the department to maintain the highest possible standards Develop work schedules of staff and inspect their work to make sure they are meeting the facility's cleanliness expectations Make sure staff complies with infection control procedures Supervise new employee orientation process including the explanation of departmental procedures Schedule and direct the housekeeping and laundry staff through training and in-service Supervise purchasing, storage and distribution of all housekeeping, cleaning and laundry supplies Maintain inventory of all facility linen in order to provide continuous supply

Qualifications:

Good administrative, leadership, managerial, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills Be personable with residents, families and staff in a professional and cooperative manner Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of the elderly Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to Housekeeping and Laundry
