Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This position is based at our Indianapolis, IN distribution center.
The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the distribution center and coordinating and managing vendors related to the grounds, building and equipment. The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for making sure the facilities are in good repair and that all systems are following all applicable safety and fire regulations as well as federal, state, and local building codes to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all employees.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

Required Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Minimum of three (3) years experience in a facilities/maintenance position within manufacturing, warehouse and/or a distribution environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the futureNo relocation is available for this position. Only candidates that reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years of experience in warehouse/distribution center environment Experience in project management or as a mechanical engineer
Skills: Working knowledge of warehouse equipment including conveyor systems, racking and forklift equipment. Knowledge of Local and State Codes and Ordinances inclusive of safety regulationsMust be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on location demand Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel
