Position Summary Performs supervisory, advanced technical and administrative supervision for Cogeneration Plant Maintenance & Operations shops. Provides support as directed to the Sr, Manager & Maintenance Manager. Directs and schedules the preventative maintenance and repair of Plant equipment. Assists Plant Management in the design, planning, installation, and commissioning of planned Plant Expansion. Qualifications Required Education:Bachelor's degree .Preferred Education:Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Marine or Facilities Engineering. EIT or Licensed Professional Engineer. Certified Energy Manager.Required Experience:5 years experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of major MEP equipment including high pressure steam vessels, large tonnage chillers, and associated steam, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems.Preferred Experience:5 years experience in the operation, maintenance, & repair of Powerhouse and/or Steam Plant equipment.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:LICENSE REQUIREMENTS - Certificate of Qualification for Refrigeration System Operator of the City of New York - E.P.A. CFC Technician Certification.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Stationary Engineer's License, SCADA, BMS, Water Treatment. Additional Information In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $135,000 .
