Our client, a leading player in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Location: Newton, North Carolina

What's the Job?

Direct maintenance team members and maintain a physical presence while ensuring the enforcement of client environmental health, safety, and quality policies and procedures. Lead and assist in problem-solving in diagnosis of malfunctions with effective and complete disassembly and reassembly of equipment. Conduct daily shift start-up and safety toolbox meetings to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations. Manage daily maintenance log of down equipment, equipment waiting on parts, and any non-critical issues during assigned shift. Ensure communication and proper working relationships with operations group lead and team lead.

What's Needed?

3-5 years in a manufacturing leadership role. Familiarity with maintenance CMMS software and processes. Capability in standard PC-based software like Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
