Ag Processing, Inc (AGP) is currently seeking dynamic candidates for a Maintenance Superintendent at our refinery in St. Joseph, MO! Come join our fast-paced, positive environment to supervise direction of the maintenance and instrumentation work while also monitoring and maintaining warehouse inventory.

 

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance department activities through training employees, determining methods for employee work, scheduling, and conducting employee performance appraisals. Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory, including completing purchase orders for ordering parts and supplies. Review work orders, assign personnel for fulfillment, and enter documentation into computer. Inspect and maintain equipment operations. Use INFOR System to enter, track and update work orders and Preventive Maintenance schedules. Participate in the Process Safety Management Mechanical Integrity Team to enhance safety and efficiency within the Facility. Write reports, including subordinate time sheets, maintenance reports and accident reports. Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
