Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.You will be mainly accountable for:• Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.• Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.• Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.• Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.Our team dynamicsYou will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in Maintenance function Switchgear industry You have 7 to 10 years of experience in Plant Maintenance, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance You have expertise in PLC (Siemens / Mitsubishi) and experience with Welding Robots (TIG/MIG), washing machines, auto CB assembly lines You have Maintenance knowledge of EOT & Jib Cranes, Hydraulic Power Packs, Leak Detection Machines, HVPD Test Sets, TRT Setups, Impulse Testing Equipment, and utilities (DG sets, air compressors), Atlas Capco & Dessoutter Tools . Experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown RCA,TBM, PdM4.0 & 11KV power distribution. Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance) Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (full-time) You are at ease communicating in English
