Summary: Responsible for the general upkeep of the Village South/WestCare facilities including all minor repairselectrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs, grounds, etc.

The duties of the maintenance specialist position include the following, as well as performance of other work related duties as assigned:

Responsibility for general upkeep of facilities including all minor repairs. Perform minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs. Perform general painting job duties Maintain heating and air conditioning units to the best of his/her ability. Communicate with the Maintenance Coordinator as to all minor and major repair needs of the facilities. Care for and maintain all equipment purchased by the agency to be used by the Maintenance Department.
