Job DescriptionIn this role, you will oversee task coordination within the maintenance department and the spare parts warehouse, while also assisting the maintenance team in utilizing relevant systems, including MaintainME, PUMA, Classify, and Power BI dashboards.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Coordination of tasks on multiple maintenance departments and plant wide projects.Assist the Head of Maintenance with maintenance-related administrative tasks.Ensures standard implementation of SAP-PM and PUMA.Supports LOTO in the maintenance department. Monitors and evaluates quality of data entered on the maintenance systems.Provide system training to Maintenance teams.Coordinates with SAP-PM / PUMA LKU.Drive the Major breakdown report and MTBF action plans.Supports maintenance area leaders in continuous steps implementing the local maintenance strategy according to the locally agreed roadmap.Distributes good practices to other plants and central functions and evaluates/aligns good practice identified in other plants / centrally before implementing them locally.Coordination of external services affecting multiple areas.Maintains spare parts description in the plant according to Classify together with the Spare Parts Warehouse manager, and systematically reviews min/max replenishment levels and spare parts criticality together with area engineers.Identifies, initiates and tracks the refurbishment of used spare parts.Identifies, initiates and tracks justified warranty claims for faulty spare parts.Generates regular KPI charts and performs extra-ordinary analysis of data according to the requirements of the maintenance area leaders and the head of maintenance.Ensures that existing preventive/predictive maintenance task lists are applied and executed. Ensures that scheduler schedules planned maintenance activities according to annual agreements.Ensures that area engineers update PM plans according to machine reliability.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
B.S. degree At least 3 years of technical manufacturing industry experience.Strong analytical skills and ability to use various software tools.ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringSAP and Power BI knowledge. Previous experience in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects.Additional Information
