Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, you will be part of the operations team supporting outage management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Maintenance Planner/Scheduler **Location:** Stetler Area, AB **Job Description:** + Develop and implement outage planning strategies to improve site operations. + Create and manage outage schedules using Excel and other planning tools. + Coordinate the parts-kitting process to ensure materials are ready for planned maintenance activities. + Work closely with the Site Superintendent and Process EIT to enhance outage planning competencies. + Assist in the onboarding of Maximo CMMS and support the site team during the transition. **Qualifications:** + Proven hands-on experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. + Strong knowledge of outage planning and contractor coordination. + Proficiency in Excel for building smaller outage plans. + Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo experience is a plus). + Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to develop and implement effective outage planning strategies. + Chance to work with a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement. + Hands-on experience with a new CMMS system. + Ability to train and mentor site personnel in best practices. + Potential for contract extension based on performance.
