Maintenance Planner - E&I

About the role

UGL are currently seeking a suitably qualified Maintenance Planner (Inlec) to join our team supporting operation on a well-established LNG plant in Darwin, NT. This role will commence on site ASAP. You will be a local Darwin resident and work a 5/2 roster.

As a Maintenance Planner (Inlec), you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. You will utilize your expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, and EEHA trades, along with your proficiency in a CMMS (SAP), to maintain the technical integrity and production of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.Utilize Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.Use SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.Focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget adherence in all planning and scheduling activities.

Qualifications:

Electrical, Instrumentation, and EEHA trade qualification.Proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.Strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget.5 years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
