Responsibilities What we’re looking for: We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Development of an optimized maintenance work plan with defined and documented processes Development of appropriate routine maintenance schedules Ensure accurate data and document control Communicate and train maintenance and production personnel in the maintenance procedures Integration of maintenance activities with production plans Forward planning of manpower and materials for planned work and ensuring that those resources are marshalled in readiness. Accurate estimation of maintenance work in relation to duration, priority, skills requirements, spares, special tools and equipment, specialist services, and identification of appropriate material requirements. Estimation and arranging of contract labour to supplement existing resources to meet maintenance Updating maintenance PM system. Qualifications What will qualify you for the role Milling experience will be advantageous Technical Trade N4 (Mechanical / Electrical) Engineering Diploma/Degree will be advantageous
