We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role will provide the contract with strategic asset planning solutions including the development of annual preventative maintenance plans (planning/scheduling fixed plant and equipment maintenance and engineering operations works), coordination of Whole of Life (WOL) principles and provide maintenance best practice recommendations to the Contract Management team ensuring that the assets are “Fit for Purpose” throughout the life of the contract.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Ensuring contract obligations are met through supporting adherence to Contract Management Plan (CMP) and Asset management Plan (AMP). Coordination of daily asset planning activities including preventative and reactive works. Continual refinement of maintenance plans. Generation of maintenance performance reports and required asset management reports from CMMS system, spreadsheets, and SPM Software. Assist in the review of annual and long-term budgets using the available software applications to predict when equipment and components require upgrade or replacement.What you’ll bring
Trade or degree qualified in an engineering field. Technical benchmarking qualifications. Business analytical skills relating to maintenance management. Database systems, Pricing, data analytics or databases. Maintenance methodologies, predictive and performance-based maintenance techniques and Maintenance management systems and databases.More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
