Responsibilities:
Analyze and plan preventative maintenance tasks that will in turn reduce emergency maintenance
Evaluate trends and maintenance data
Implement plant maintenance program, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling maintenance activities and materials to optimize machinery/equipment
Develop and implement plans in collaboration with maintenance, operations and purchasing to minimize cost and maintain inventories
Coordinate plant activities with the operations departments and assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions, as needed
Actively participates in production meetings to prioritize work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times
Manage planned work in Dynaway software
Maintain and update work order status
Perform other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting
Advanced computer skills, and understanding of spreadsheets
Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts
Attention to detail and accuracy
