DEPARTMENT: Facilities

LOCATION:  Southborough

STARTING RATE OF PAY: $34.20 per hour

CURRENTLY POSTED HOURS: M-F, 7:00AM – 3:30PM

**Union Represented Position**

Responsible for various types of maintenance, minor alterations, and repairs at all Company properties.  This classification is not necessarily limited to one specific trade but will include certain types of trades.  Principle duties are cleaning and other general service work in and around office and service building and their associated areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to perform moderately physical work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and at times for extended periods; must pass physical demands test;must be able to lift 50 pounds.

2. High School Diploma or Equivalent.

3. Three years of facility maintenance experience required.

4. Must have a license to operate motor vehicles.

5. Must have mechanical aptitude, be alert and careful.

6. Must be available for Emergency Response to support Gas and Electric Operations outside of posted hours as needed.
