Volt is immediately hiring multiple Machine Maintenance Oilers for immediate employment in Downtown San Diego.

As a Maintenance Oiler you would:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOil, grease, and clean mechanical equipment and machines.\r\n\tPerform the oiling, coolant replenishing, greasing, and cleaning of production equipment and machines according to manufacturer's specifications, charts, schedules, oral and written instructions.\r\n\tReplace broken or lost fittings and cups, replace oil filter elements; remove and clean oil lines, mix coolants and cutting oils as directed; remove packing lubricants from new equipment and replenish with operating lubricants as required.\r\n\tMaintain lubricating equipment as required.\r\n\tRecognize such improper functioning of machinery or mechanical equipment as unusual noise and overheating of bearings and report to proper personnel.\r\n\tMaintain lubricating records and charts.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This position is working 2nd shift; 2pm – 10:30pm and will require you train on 1st shift for a few weeks. Position is temp for 15 months with the chance of going perm.

Pay Rate: $20 with $.75 differential when working 2nd shift.

\r\n\r\n
